Boost reading is +0.25 but car is off

Hi

I recently got my car tuned with quite a few mods and a powerfc. When I turn the key to the "ON" position (car is not running) I checked my readings. The boost is at +0.25, the IgnT LD is at -25deg and IgnT Tr is at -25deg. The Ignt's might be ok I don't know how it's supposed to be measured but I'm pretty sure the boost should be at 0.0.

Has anyone heard of this? what can I do to correct this.

By the way I have a 2000 mazda RX7 FD and am just using the stock boost solenoid but I am buying a HKS EVC soon.

I appreciate any input!

Perhaps your frustrated reply of 21 words could of been better used for a helpful answer, yet you still took the prescious time to write. Thanks.

FYI I typed in BOOST READING IS at +0.25 WHEN CAR IS OFF in the search, I did not find any useful posts. The search button is only good if you phrase the keywords right, I didn't know how else better to explain it. that is why I am here on this LEARNING/COMMUNICATING site.

I have read MANY MANY MANY of your posts and I normally only take the opinion of you and RYNBERG in a disputed topic since you two seem the most knowledgable.

Your SEARCH criteria is way too specific. It needs to be generalized such as:
vacuum, inaccurate, low reading, or other similar phrases.

Did you read this recent post: https://www.rx7club.com/power-fc-forum-47/hopefully-making-pfc-warning-light-function-useful-534888/

It is about what causes your and every PFC vacuum and boost to be inaccurate/bad/low, etc.

pretty much they're all off when you first install them. There's no way of re-adjusting it or calibrating unless you have FC-Datalogic.

just be sure you have a boost gauge or EBC with boost reading on it and go by that until you get a datalogic to fix this problem.

I already have a datalogit installed. I wasn't game to fiddle with the settings till I learn more about how to use it properly. In the mean time while I'm searching if you know how to adjust this particular setting through the datalogit (FC Edit software) then please let me know.
