Question apex boost solenoid hook up

I just purchased the apex boost control solenoid to use with my power fc to control boost on my newly installed rx6 kit. The problem is that I do not know which connector to hook it up to. I have set the power fc to nonsequential mode but do not know which connector is left active. The one with the white dot or the other one. I have searched and found conflicting info as usual.

When I did my poor mans nonsequential conversion last year, I remember switching these 2 connectors. This would imply that the one on the left (facing the car from the front) that is normally connected to the precontrol actuator was moved to the one on the right which is connected to the wastegate actuator. The one on the right (with the white dot), was left unplugged. This also coincides with the fact that you use the 1st line (primary boost control) to adjust boost in the power fc when set to nonsequential. This is the line normally used to adjust pre-control when running sequential.

In a post bt rotary extreme, he says to use the one with the white dot. This is opposite to what I experienced, so what gives. Does anybody have any conclusive info as to which connector to use?
