Is Anyone Running The Pfc From Ap A Company In Japan

Im Buygin A Pfc Tommorow And Would Like To Know If Anybody Else Have Used There Ecu, The Diff Withere Its Suppose To Cut Out The Ignition And Fuel Thats What I Was Told If Anyone Can Give Me Some Info I Would Like That Thanks
