Question AE w/ PFC Black Fluid Leaking Out of Exhaust onto Ground

These are the two posts I made in the 2nd Gen section and here is the link to the thread aswell. I would like to see all ideas everyone is having. If you read the thread please post a comment. The car does start, Idles perfect at 800-1000rpm, and drives fairly good but feel like she is loading up on fuel...

I have a rebuilt 13BT from Banzai, TO4Z turbo setup, 550cc prime and 1600cc sencondarie running on a Power FC in a AE. I purchased the car back from the person I sold it to years ago and he never did anything with the car after I sold it to him. I was able to fix a few wiring issues and I was able to get the car running/driving. One of the problems is that there is a black fluid that comes out of the exhaust flange at the bottom of the downpipe and mid pipe and falls onto the ground. It smells like raw fuel. It has left a large body size spot where the downpipe connects to the midpipe and another smaller spot further back where the midpipe and muffler connect. The car has had the OMP removed and is running premix. I have done compression test and the motor is producing 110psi on the rear housing and 105psi on the front housing. There was no oil that came on of the motor during the compression testing. The spark plugs are black as if it is running extremely rich if not close to flooding. The turbo is new and has zero shaft play. The car does smoke like hell but does not smell like engine oil burning or coolant. Both engine oil and coolant levels are at OE recomended levels. I am curious what others people ideas are. I was thinking leaking injector and allowing to much fuel in the motor. The raw fuel is premixed and it is hitting the hot turbo and being burnt there causing the smoke and all the rest of the unburnt fuel is pooling in the exhaust...

Actually I wish I could post pictures of these black marks on the concrete. It actually looks as if it just drains out of the exhaust. It doesn't go away. This is the first time the motor has ran in a driving condition and it is just so weird.

Same thing I told you 3 1/2 years ago, you need to have the car professionally looked at and tuned.

I sold the car years ago and the person that I sold it to never did anything to it. I purchased the car back last weekend and was able to correct all the the wiring issues and all sensors are not reading correctly. The motor tested fine on compression once it was able to get the motor to running temp. My thoughts were that an injector is leaking or stuck and will be inspecting that this week. As for more info on this setup from 3.5 years ago. After I sold this AE it was taken to Aspec and they reflashed the ECU since the original map was corrupt and did not allow the motor to start. I was hoping to bring this setup back to Banzai for tuning once all the bugs have been worked out since this whole setup was your suggested idea so many years ago.

The original issue years ago with the oil out of the downpipe was that the original TO4Z turbo destroyed the rear seal in the center cartiage and was blowing oil out of it. Before the motor would only barely fire up and ran very very rough. Not the motor starts with out problems and the PFC is reading all sensors properly. This is just another issue that is trying to be corrected. I am am also going to inspect the restrictor that atp advised to install on the TO4Z. I am interested in seeing if there is an issue with it or not since it is installed on the setup.

All advice is welcome

you should never try to get your car running on your own, always just pay a professional to burn holes in your pockets......Good Luck
