anythings possible with enough money and you're looking at alot of it.About $3500 for the engine. If it's an rb26 you'll need the rb25 tranny to go rear wheel drive which also means custom driveshaft. If you can do fabrication yourself it would help but you'd really need to know your stuff to pull it off.Just look at the 20b threads and that give you an idea.Remember though, that is a straight forward swap compared to what you're considering. The ls1 swap is also simpler due to the amount of support(kits)available and the availability of the engines.I have a 240sx with an rb26 swap and it was pretty easy with the kits available but finding parts is a burden and I still ended up wit almost $30,000 in it.The question is do you have the money, skills, and resolve for this?If you do wear it out ,i'd like to see it.

why the hell do people ask if something is possible. common sense says yes. Lets see, LS1 swaps are common, the RB is smaller than that. So logically, its possible. Now you if you where thinking about swapping your 12v cummings from your old dodge truck, then that would be a good question.

It is a long motor -longer than the LS1 I believe. I've seen them in person and I think it would be as difficult to fit as a supra block. I'm sure it can be done in one form or another, but it would take an open check book with a lot of pages left in it

it would be sweet with a RB26 mated to a RB25 trans with a custom mani and big twin turbos screaming out 750whp onto some 335's out back under some tripoint widebody action.
