Has anyone swapped an Engine from an S-2000 into an FC?

Its not an FC.. but it'll address any concerns you have with such a swap.

the biggest concern is why?


Why go from a torqueless high revving engine, to another torqueless high revving engine? The F20C doesnt even get that great of gas mileage.

To get a high revving, fun engine that also lasts. Some people simply like high revving, small displacement engines. Sure, there are better performance swaps for the dollar, but the F20C isn't too bad an engine itself.

Did you read that thread? The only information was that the crankshaft turns in the same direction. Does anyone have any useful info?

Its useful because it tells you all of the reasons NOT to do the swap.
