Nice car man. The shaved mouldings is so odd but okay to see once in a while. Without mouldings in my opinion, it looks like half the car is gone.

I haven't done any work to my car for about 6 months now. I finally got all the parts that i needed to do my Drivetrain Swap from a non turbo W58.. to a R154 turbo tranny. Here is the setup that I've put together. 88 turboII lsd rear-end ( Clutch Type ) The 91 Viscous is making some funny noises so its time to change things up. Custom Drive Shaft by Broward Powertrain. Mounts will be modified from the W58 carriage mounts. OS Giken Twin Disc Clutch Kit. Part # TS2BD. Push to Pull Conversion for the OS Giken Twin Disc. With this setup i should be able to tune my car up to at least 450 hp @ about 13lbs of boost.. Safely!! Keyword "Safely"....

04/26/09 - Took out the W58 non-turbo transmission.. Took off existing 4 puck ACT Clutch & Pressure Plate.
Ok these are the pictures of the Old Flywheel, Pressure Plate, Clutch Disc, Shifter & Transmission.

Here are some pictures of the Install of the OS Giken Twin Disc.. Its looks so shinny....

No oil leaks...

I cant wait to hit the road... Its time to make some money....

04/29/09 - Alright .. I got my R154 Tranny today. ( Thanks TurboII Rudeboy ). I installed my Push to Pull Conversion for the OS Twin Disc Setup, also put my bellhousing on the tranny.. Tommorrow it is time to bang out the Transmission Tunnel to make clearance for the bigger tranny. I will be uploading pictures tommorow night of my days work.. Stay tuned..

I have a few questions for you!

1. Did you fab your own motor and trans mounts?

2. What transmission were you using prior to the r154.

3. Are you using late model supra bellhousing with it or the r154 housing?

4. Tech2 shifter extention work for the r154?

5. Tech2 conversion driveshaft work for r154 as well?
