My first car at age of 16 was 74 RX3 Wagon. All I could find when I was ready to buy was a wagon for $1000 so I went for it. It was the blue color. I drove that for some time and eventually I spun out in wet weather and caused body damage. As a teenager I thought a gold car would look cool so we had it painted gold along with the body repairs. Insurance paid the whole bill.

One day I saw the green coupe I now have in a pot lot. I had to have it.
Begged my dad to help me get it and he came through big time. Bought the coupe for $2500 and then put the wagon up for sale.

With a fresh coat of gold paint the wagon sold pretty quick, I think in about two weeks. I sold it for $1900. These are 1981 dollars.

Rolled my fenders and adjusted the coilovers lower.i need to wash it now.

Cosmo I saw at a meet a few weeks ago and a shot of my RX2. Drove the RX2 200 miles that day. Nice change of pace.

Hey paps, how did that key work out for you from 13bdotcom? I need some new keys

 

not to good. it only can be cut one one side and therefore cannot be used as an ignition key, it can only be used as a door key i didnt know there was a difference

 

Well thats lame, good thing i asked before buying a set.
