I saw that 2000GT. I hate to say it but I would prefer it than the cosmo I am looking at. Slight thing I dont like about the 2000GT aside from that its not a rotary is that little price tag of 250K. I am currently accepting donatons should someone want me to pick it up for the purpose of postng picture for everyone's enjoyment.

WOW, CONGRATS ARNEL!!! That is one sweet ride you've aquired there! I've always like the old school skylines because the owners aren't afraid to modify them.

As long as it's tastefully done I'm all for modding a classic ride. Most I've ever seen on an original Cosmo was some Watanabe's and a 12A... hmmm, what could I do to Cosmo?

2000gt is nice and very expensive, its not one of my favorite cars. Does anyone know why this car got famous? Beside the movie 007

Actually I'm kinda afraid to work on this car, if I break any thing I cant just go to the junk yard and look for parts. But I do have big plan for this car, I'm considering may be rb25 or r26 but will see I'll have to play it by ear, right now I still have to rx3 I have to finish

And Max beware of Wackyracer do not give him any personal info he will take your identity and sell it one of our cousin

Its actually interesting to see the RX-3 and Hakosuka parked next to each other considering the race history of those two cars..... Back in the late 60's early 70's when Nissan introduced the Hakosuka, it quickly became the KING of the of the track, the Hakosuka ( in all stock trim) was one of the only cars able to take down the 911's and Alfa's of the period... The Hakosukas reign was short lived one Mazda introduced the RX-3.. These two cars battled like crazy in Japan on the track...and where actual bitter rivals... The Hakosuka would win one season only to be beaten the next year by the RX-3 and vise versa...

Since you sold the corolla, you have an extra spot. I can park one of my RXs for a few months but no more than a year.

thanks in advance.

Here are some pics from our site, japanesenostalgiccar.com

We need more old school MAZDA owners to represent in the forums! It's mostly Toyota and Datsun guys right now.

I like the rotor shaped wheels (or hubcaps I guess) on the Capella there. Surprised no one is selling them here.

I'm curious about that weird looking car too. I guess maybe it's a Subaru? It's cute, but it looks like somebody stepped on it.

The rotor shaped wheels looks like the real deals that are on what looks like a Mazda GLC or 323 coupe ?. I think.?.
The wheels/tires section had some for sale a few months ago or so.

Yes, there were rotor shaped wheels made by mazda for first gen rx7's in other countries. I would love to own a set, but only for fanboy reasons. I doubt I'd use them. Just show them off.
