swapped rotary isn't starting

ok so my swapped rotary (13B with a dist and carb, was told its a S4 motor with a GSL-SE front cover and carb) isn't starting now. I've got fuel, but my spark seems a bit weak coming out of the coil. any ideas?

Need more details on the vehicle and what else has been done. i.e., which body are you working with, what is the current fuel system, etc..

its a 1989 Subaru RX, what do you need to know about the fuel system? its a Dell'otro 48DHLA carb
