thanks in advance

thanks in advance
The inverted flare nuts on a stock clutch master are 10x1.25 and the tube is 3/16". Same as the brake lines. Any parts for this are a real ************ to find. However, I have been through this recently on the RX2 Lemon project. I have about 50 extra inverted flare nuts I had to get shipped from the UK. You can also buy AN adapters in this pitch and the use AN stainless line.
SA RX7 lines will also fit the master but will not fit an FB slave.
Depends if you are running an FB or SA transmission (not the engine series) as to which bolts you will use to hold the slave on.

After 40 years, the chance that that car has a genuine RX2 master is pretty slim anyway.
You'd be better off just taking it off an taking it to a hardware store and seeing what fits the studs.

the guy at the shop said to goto a hardware store and get an adapter fitting or order one from online to mate the two.. but im not sure
shop guys around here can make the soft part of the line with either thread at either end,, problem solved
you will find around 1980 all the 1.25 pitch fluid threads changed to 1.0
and so you may find if you have a fail in your old rx2/4 parts it may be easier to fit the FB master and slave ( and pipe ) and move everything to the 1.0 thread

^^^^ RE has adapters but only male 1.25 and female 1.0.
We had the same problem with the SA soft line floating around ebay on our Lemon but in reverse, line would not fit the slave. For some reason, those Chinaspeed ebay fewls make the SA line with two thread pitches for each end. Bad quality control or somethin. Try screwing the hose ends together and see! For us, we just used an FC slave and shortened the rod.
I think you might not have an RX2 / hard line anymore- thats why it won't fit. You have an FB slave on your transmission (FB trans?) - andit fits because those ******* lines are made wrong and I even emailed those Chinesesonsofbitchesonebay and told them!
Anyhoo, easy and pimp way to do this is order AN adapters from Summit and a ready made AN steel braided hose in the length of your choice. I fixed the rear brake hard lines on the Lemon like this.
