Decided to switch to a air to air intercooler from the water to air because it was limiting peak power. I also installed a newer 2nd gen oil cooler along with the intercooler to help cooling with the increased power. With the new setup I have turned it up to 24 psi on pump 93 and have ran out of fuel pump, I will probably just add another Bosch 044.

Added about 60lbs of random steel from the garage to add a little traction, however in high boost it lays down 2 black strips from 70 to 100mph but still has enough traction to do 70 to 98 in 2 seconds flat (on concrete).

Did a shake down dyno pull on a heat soaked motor with only the street tune, I am pretty sure with new plugs and a little tuning it should hit 500whp @ 24.5 to 25 psi.

Its been one of my favorite daily drivers that I have built, mainly because it is so far under the radar. The 60lbs help some, pretty much the difference between blowing the tires off and just spinning in 3rd gear. First and second gear are for the most part useless even in low boost. I would really like to make the truck hook in 2nd with all the autox I do with the truck. At some point in the future, a IRS will be installed with enough room to run 295/305 tires and will probably move the rear wheels closer to the front by a 1/2 to a full inch.

Thanks Craaaazzzy!

Did some pulls in the cool air tonight. As soon as it hit full boost in 3rd gear I would have to throttle lift due to wheel spin, but after the lift and regained traction the truck is doing 79mph to 98mph in 1.36 seconds and when over 100 in 4th gear it is doing 11.1 mph a second in full boost. I cant wait for the cooler weather to get here and stay! The weather feels like it added around 50hp! I am hoping to get some gopro action soon so I have more than words....

Thanks Papsmagu! Hopefully I can get some time to to a true dyno tune during some cool weather and not on a heat soaked motor to be able to post up the 520-540 that I know she has in her. These trucks are absolutely fantastic, the one major flaw that my truck still has is the recirculating ball steering. After that, this thing will be insane!

Great truck there. The steering box does blow...I'd love to get a nice rack in there with a faster ratio but haven't found one that'll fit easily. Rear steer racks are hard to find durable enough and in the right width.

Thanks, I cant wait for better steering!

Took some video of the truck, the tires have been heat cycled to many times and are loosing grip.

I've tried autocrossing myself once and just couldn't memorize the track quick enough. I guess cones confuse me. Good job though and the truck seemed to handle pretty well!

What options are you using for your rpm limiter? Is it fuel cut or ignition cut? Sounds like a soft cut. Still on AEM?

Yep, AEM still. Mostly fuel cut but also uses ignition cut, I would have to look at my tune as I can't remember what the final settings where after I tuned the rev-limit and got it to where I like it.

To celebrate the cool weather some friends and I decided to do a little racing. The truck picked up some power with the cooler air and is doing 70-100mph in 2 seconds flat and with the new Direzza ZII star spec tires it is hooking up again. Also raced a newer GSXR 600 with intake/exhaust/tune and was able to put some lengths on him but the camera was not recording like we thought.
