Ok ; All of you that have used POR, Is it worth the cost? Is it sprayable? Do you sand till most of the rust is gone ,and then Paint over it? Is it really compatible with glass cloth ,tigerhair, or other fillers? what thins it? Please talk to me. Bob . Juan I now know why the rear brakes were so nice, they were not working. no fluid from the tank getting to them. And my ignition system is single dizzy with two sets of points, what fun. The must have used what they had on hand at the time. Thanks to all. Bob

I have used this stuff and sprayed it, when I sprayed it seemed to run and
dried shinny, these areas are still looking good to this day, I know it says to
paint over it to protect it from sunlight but I didn't.
other larger areas I had a friend at a body shop spray it and he had no run problems
like I did, the finish was dull and the dull areas are starting to rust again
so if you put it on its better to be wet and runny.
its been 3 or 4 years since I put it on and so far I am happy with the areas that
I did.
I didn't thin it .
I did sand the spots on the door that had rust bubbles on it and its still 100% rust free.
it only makes sense to remove the loose rust then apply, even thought the por instructions
say to just apply over the rust.

I used Zerorust on my REPU. Easier to use than POR15, less smell, works great so far.
