POR 15 on caliper?

Does POR 15 have enough heat tolerance to be coated on a 4 port caliper? If not, what is recommended for painting factory Mazda 4 port calipers?

You're out of the heat range of POR-15 on the caliper. The same company makes several high-temp coatings in black and silver. The POR-20 is the highest heat range at something like 1400F but it's only available in silver. If you want other colours, I have had great luck with VHT Caliper enamel.

Most auto parts stores around here carry it, so I would assume it would be the same in your area.
