Nice car, you may want to post this in the drag forum as the guys over there would like to see it. When do you plan on racing it?

 

Thanks for the positive comments,I'm glad you enjoy it.Florida weather is too hot in July and August even for a racer enthusiast like myself.I'm planning to take it to the track end of august hopefully to an event.I'll take some video and keep everyone who is interested posted.

blwfly the Rx3 produce 629 rwhp with 23 lbs of boost.The goal was 30 lbs and see what hp we got out of it but we couldn't reach that due to a failure ignition distributor.I'm happy with the results but always something has to happen, it's part of pushing these engines to their limit.I'll go back to the dyno once the part is replace and I'll make sure to get video including dyno sheet with power band etc... wow thats awsome care to share info on the setup? is it a semi peri with jay tech manifold?

 

The rx3 is 13B-REW semi peri with jay tech manifold and eight 1600cc injectors with a jay tech throttle body with a microtech lt-10 fuel only.The turbo is a Garrett GT4202 and the fuel being use on it is methanol.I know the video is kind of long but at the end of video part 2 I posted the car specs,If you have any other ? let me know.

 

what mods did you do to the engine to help hold up in high hp?
extra dowels?internal oil mods,did you balance and clearance everything?..
iv talked to a guy with almost the same setup and all hes done is a opr. just all external mods like water/oil pump etc thought that was odd and risky.
