a very nice low mileage (under 25K) rx-3 was highlighed on the My Classic Car show this week. The host is that guy with the huge stach. Dennis Gauge. Worth the TIVO if you can find it...car was mint.

 

Its about time we see some old school on My Classic Car ( besides Jay Leno's Cosmo)

 

Yeah i saw that rx3 last night, man that thing was pretty...The host didn't know what the hell he was looking at...It was funny the owner had a rotor shaped cap, the host asked if that was the symbol for the cadillac...lol

 

Well i know that some of you who missed this episode probably want to see it and i found out on the mcc web site that its ep13019 and will be shown again on december 28.

scroll down to that episode. watch the video. there's an rx7 that pulls up in the line up on the right at the opening. but the video doesn't have the rx3 in it, bummer. i'll be watching for the airing of it in Dec.

 

That car looks like its from CT... It looks very similar to one from VMRC with the holeshot wheels

 

Wish it had the stock wheels....and maybe some Savanna T-Cups!

 

 

I think it will look better with black talight lights and headlight bezel. I tried it in my 73 but it didnt meet my expectation

Yes that's correct Rotaryboyz.The rx3 does belong to one of the VMRC members.It's being prepped for the Old school show in Bpt. in August.It's getting alot more chroming done to it and it's coming out very nice.Hope to see at lease one of your projects there at the show.

The Green RX-3 just won best of show at a Car Show hosted by the Old School Toyota Club of Bridgeport. I was there to attend with fellow VMRC members and that thing is clean. Awesome job......

anyone remember sevenstock 4? when those my classic car guys were down the street but refused to come to the show?

 

well its on youtube. i wish he would have also interviewed the guy with the Blue RX2. it was right next to the RX3, oh well.
