Why are you wanting to trade these parts? Don't they fit well? Just wonder....

Talking Fiberglass Trade

Just to touch base with fellow Rotor Heads wondering why I wanted to trade Fibergalss for Metal is because I'm working on a 3/4 chassis RX2 that I have had for the past 14 years and now making the time to start and finish it. Being that it has never seen the track with it's new Chrome Molly cage and 4 link suspension, I figure that original parts would not only look better, but add the much needed weight on my front end. Well just to kill the curiousity and the why's. Thanks for the support and I will be putting pics of progress as I go. Thanks guys! here are a few before pics when I first got it back in 1992.

I wouldn't mind a fiberglass hood, but shipping something of that size is usually a disaster I've found. The last RX-2 hood I shipped ended up being ruined by the shipper.

Like Jaime said, too bad we weren't closer. I have 2 '73 hoods you could pick from.

Mike

Unhappy Fiberglass

Sorry 77rx3sp, as I posted on the thread I only have the RX2 fenders, hood and valance panel and strictly trade for metal. No bumpers.

Is there a reputable shipping company you can recommend? We may have what you want....but as previously mentioned....shipping will be the problem...making sure no damage will occur.

My friend and I are setting up an Rx2 drag car....and the glass would help....but being in L.A. is a problem.

Any chance we can see some pics....on the forum or send to jaime.enriquez@netzero.com

Talking Pics Of Fiberglass For RX2

Sorry here they are, but ofcourse when putting it all together with the screws or making it one whole piece it looks mucher better than the picture. I just slapped it all together just to show more or less what it would look like. Thanks again for all your support!

Cool RX2 Fiberglass Front End

Well guys, I've decided to sell my RX2 fiberglass front. Either whole package or separately. I have a clue of what it is worth, but need your help to evaluate its value. All ideals welcome and if there is anybody that would like to do the trade for their metal parts by all means it will be considered. I was thinking in the area of $800.00US for all 4 pieces which are: Hood, Fenders and Valance. Here are the pictures once again. Would appreciate all the feedback possible. Thanks
