Portland is in need of money so they decided to have a 21 day speeding frenzy. They have unmarked cars out there waiting for anyone who goes 5 mph or over. They are basically on patrol all the time on every major highway in portland, beaverton, and gresham and I-5 from delta park to woodburn.

its true all over I-5, 205 and 84 E i've been seeing alot of occureneces,

even in the suburbs all along division too!
