Talk to Don on PM. He would like to do the tuning up north because he can get the dyno setup from his friend.
I am game to drive to Bellingham/Lynden as long as we can get this going.

Just my .02$ but you don't NEED a dyno for BDC.... So get your car tuned in a more central location by BDC and go back north for your dyno to check your power numbers... Just doesn't seem to me like you guys are really thinking very openly about this.

Daniels I'm pretty sure BDC will be flying out of DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) but that's just a somewhat educated guess

Yes I'll be flying out of DFW International Airport.

I don't need a dyno but it's a good tool to have for a number of reasons. If there's one accessible and they're not charging an arm and a leg, I can use it for doing load tuning.

Well, the flight ticket is about $320.00 This is for the end of August. So, let's get something going.
Brian, how many days you need to be here? I know it will be depent on how many cars, but maybe for 3 days?

I can typically do 3 cars per day comfortably. So, if we get 5 or 6 folks together, I'd like atleast two work days with an additional 3rd day as an extra in case one car is more difficult to do (it happens more often than you may think). So figure for at least 5 days total from fly-in day to fly-out day.

Let's do this as soon as possible. I know Brian mostly doing street tuning, I do want to get dyno tuning as well.
What I am worried about is that if we do the tuning later in the season, we may see some rain. Tuning in the rain with wet road and try to have WOT for tuning is NOT going to work well.

Yep. I don't do high load tuning in the rain. Rain's a perfect example of what makes a dyno a good tool.

I'll call you today, Don.

Please add me to the list. I'm going to be in Wyoming from the 15th through the 22nd, but pretty much any day after that would work for me. I'm in Eugene, OR, though, so if we could get something down in southern WA or something, that'd be nice.

Guys,

I already talk to Brian from BDC. He is OK if all 4 of us can do the tuning on the end of this month.
I was thinking to have Brian come on Sun, Aug 30, and go back on Sept 1st or 2nd. Plane ticket seems to go down a little bit. If 4 people split it, probably around $70 each person.

Brian, let me know if this work for you.

Daniels

For four people, how about at least two work days if not three? It's better to have the extra time and not need it than the opposite.

^^^Do you guys want to gather the money for deposit? The deposit is just for Brian's flight ticket. I am willing to take care of this. Send me or paypal me the money, and I will get Brian's ticket ready.
Tuning $400/person paid to Brian when he is finished with your car's tune.

Most opf Brian's tuning will be street tuning. I am in the process of looking for dyno place if people want to do dyno tuning. I know for sure I want to have dyno tuning as well as the street tuning.

This is just tuning by Brian.

Single turbo install probably need more time than just one or 2 days. I would not want people to rush when putting it together. I would rather take my time on doing the install. Do it once and do it right.

You may want to PM Brian about this. Or PM me about having your single turbo install.
