NWMotoring Meet May 30, Magnuson Park?

I know this isn't just an RX meet but thought I'd post it.... there will be other RX7s there, among many other makes/models. should be over 300 cars w/ a couple vendors.
follow the link, read the rules etc... http://www.nwmotoring.com/forum/view...php?f=3&t=1172

anyone interested?

was yours the FC?

make that 4 LS1 RX7's and 1 LT1 RX7.... 3 FD's, 2 FC's. I saw 3 rotory cars, 1 FC, 1 FD, and a RX8.

the swapped RX7s get some interesting looks & comments...... I really ought to set up a hidden camera on the car..... recording that would be priceless.

I guess a lineup like this can be a little intimidating.....

all during the meet guys would walk up, look at the cars for a moment and say things like 'that's sick!', 'oh my god!' or 'holy sh!#'..... one guy walked over & said 'you guys are F@#$ing crazy!' as we were chilling out talking or grabbing burgers/brats in the shade of the EZ-up... the reactions are priceless.

I must say seeing a variety of cars like there were is very cool, some were just ok but that's the person's pride & joy that they worked hard to build & bring. some were very nice builds, others were nice 'buys' ..... overall some very nice rides & goop friendly people.

unlike some of the d-bags doing burnouts & racing by the parking area, we left quietly and cleaned up after ourselves.... many knew we could leave with a smoke show, but chose not to. there's no need to do a 'look what I can do!' retard dance, when they specifically asked all to avoid the childish BS that can do harm if something goes wrong.

I completely agree with you. Its great to see some rx7's out and about at these events. Doesn't make us seem so secluded.

Heard there was a GTR (among others) doing some stupid show off moves in the parking lot...actually came close to hitting a few people and their cars.

Yeah they guys driving the GTRs were retarded. Defiantly a look what I can do. Then there was that guy that decided to burn out in the pick-up and pelted us with rocks while we were chilling under the EZ up.

But what are you gonna do?

Children will be children.

that GTR came really close to us and then a mental midget in a crusty blue 50's chevy pickup pelted us with rocks. others were doing stupid stuff too... a couple subarus, a volvo w/o a hood, and I guess after we left a AE86 did some donuts...
