well the cops have not been one bit helpful for me at all. about 2-3 months ago my buddy picked me up and when doing so my neighbor came out yelling like crazy, telling him to not speed passed her house. i live at teh end of a dead end street and her house is right next to mine. just impossible to go faster than 10 passed her house yet she claimed he was doing at least 45. he ended up getting cited later than day for a couple infractions. she called the cops sayin he backed in her driveway burned out ant broke her windsheild. it was never damaged. in fact we barely made it to his house cause the rad hose blew when he picked me up.

buddy went to court and the ticket didnt get dropped. ~500 dollar fine for doing nothing wrong but maybe exchanging a few words with the lady after she began yelling

about 1.5 months ago i was leaving and just due to the way the street is i backed up to her driveway. never entered it, if i did maybe 6-8 inches of my bumper went into her driveway. she called the cops and got me cited for criminal trespassing in the second degree. this is prolly the most bogus citation to ever be written!! i go to court and basically have no choice but to plead guilty because this lady has the cops in her back pocket somehow.

because of everything that happened and whatnot i was issued a no contact order with the lady.

now whenever me or my buddy come or go from my house she is outside with a video camera taping us. in my opinion this is breaking the no contact order, yet the cops tell me its a civil issue and to solve it myself. if i attempt to solve it i end up in jail!!

the lady is worthless. she doesnt work, on SSI, HUD, food stamps, welfare. you name it shes on it. she started telling our other neighbors that im dealing drugs! its just ridiculous. the two neighbors across the street dont like her cause she got their dogs euthenized for no reason.


anybody have any sugggestions on what to do. ive gotten fed up with it and the law enforcement wont do ****!!!

You have two choices and should most likely do both.

1. Get legal representation.

2. Find a new place to live.

Sounds like she is fishing for lawsuits to fill her pockets.
The legal system is seriously biased against both males and youth and situations like this won't get better because she doesn't want things to improve.

The no contact one is interesting because you live so close. Makes me wonder if the judge even looked at the addresses. Stay the hell away frome her. If she videos you ignore her, if she trys to tell her that you cant talk to here because of the court order and if she would like to solve the issues like adults you are more than happy to talk it over with her, and a 3rd party.

I would deffinatly talk to your other neighbors, let them know who you are and that someone is spreading rumors that you are a drug dealer. The biggest problems with this kinda stuff is that neighbors just don't talk anymore.

OR and annymous (sp) call to 911 telling them that you saw her "touching" a 9 yo boy.

You had to plead guilty because the cops are somehow in her back pocket? Sounds like you're either leaving out a lot of info or your stupid for pleading guilty on something you didn't do. Why would someone who's on SSI, welfare, HUD, and unemployed have cops in her backpocket?

Also, if she's filming you guys as you come and leave, what does it matter? You're not doing anything wrong right? So who cares if she films it, it's evidence that you aren't doing anything so you won't have to plead guilty on more bogus crimes you didn't commit.

Sounds like your leaving out a lot and this is one of those long going feuds with crazy neighbors things.

make an effort to walk out of your place with camera in hand, videotaping her as well.

if any incident occurs you want to have the before and after shots as well so it's not just your word against her camera.

Talk to all the neighbors asap and let them know everything because one of you is going to have to go sooner or later.

find free offers online, like samples and junk mail type ****, and have them flood her mail box with it. if she has animals, start calling the city with complaints about them. start video taping her actions.

well i had to plead guilty because when the cop came he asked me if i did back in her driveway i said yes. i didnt even think about it at the time as i was just so furious with the situation. when i talked with my attorney he had a report and it said i told the officer i did. i basically fucked myself.

i cant exactly move since i just started a new job and its a part time one right now. so no cash flow to move.

i wouldnt really say she has the cops in her back pocket, but whenever she calls the cops they seem to be on her side. im almost thinking i have an issue with the cops here cause about a year ago i had a guy threaten to kill me with an axe and the cops said i deserved it.

and as for the other neighbors, they are already aware that this bitch is crazy so talking to them isnt needed.

now as for her filming me its more of an annoyance than anything. when idid talk to a sheriff they told me not to try and video tape her because i will most likely end up arrested due to the no contact. and im pretty sure that it goes against the no contact order, those usually are a two way street. but on monday or tuesday i will be getting in contact with my attorney and the DA to see what they suggest.

I think your best bet is to just ignore, I don't think there is anything you can do. Out of sight out of mind type of thing, it just sucks because it's where you live.

I know I've had people yell at me while driving by while I was going the speed limit or slower just because my car was loud.

If anything does happen, keep a calm head and attitude, then write everything down, what happened, what time it was, and then call the police.

Yeah for real dude. Write EVERYTHING down. Have another person with you as much as possible. Sorry to hear about the police problem, it kinda seams like the law enforcement program isn't what it used (or supposed) to be. Seriously if you look up the job description of a police officer it's nothing like you see today. I had a situation that turned really sour too. My car got hit really bad while I was working. Got it on tape, Got a liscence plate AND a credit card number AND video footage of the guy and still nothing lol. Whatever. But yeah just keep talking to different law enforcement people, and if you don't hear the results you want, ask to speak to their superior lol.

The point of taping her as soon as he walks out of his place is to show SHE is violating the no contact by coming out and taping him every morning. The order does go both ways. Talk to your lawyer first, but if she's stupid enough to get a NCO against you and then violate it herself right away, you got a case.

As for killing animals... That's a good way to wind up in jail. She tapes him remember?

god why cant people be down? Im sure alot of us have had a pet thats been hurt or ran over and it was 2 expensive to fix so we had to put it down? so if the government says ok we have to pay for this persons food, house, car and all this other stuff but they are not doing anything postive for anyone... seems like a bad investment?

the no contact order was issued by the judge. it seemed kinda like it was just the common thing to do since he issued one to everyone when i was in court. i dont think it was per her request. but still i would believe that it was a two way street. but this is my first brush with the law in any form so i know nothing about it all

Might check into our wiretapping laws. Some states allow you to take ONLY audio-free video in public.. So she might be violating that.
And yes, "going to the top" sounds like an excellent idea.

You want to talk to the other neighbors and be friendly with them, maybe they'll be able to witness for you when/if something else happens: "Yes, she was video taping him." "He has invited me over and I have never seen nor smelled drugs on his premises." Stuff like that will really help I thinsk.

Hmm... So, it looks like from the statues quoted in that link that if you were somewhere with "a reasonable expectation of privacy" [your backyard maybe?] that it would violate a wiretapping law that way.

well i just read that link then i did a little googling myself and by " a resonable expectaion of privacy" was more like in your house, a locker room, hotel room, and so on. but there was some stuff about being filmed on private property, and also about her recording sound without consent. ive gotta do some more reading but it looks like imma be able to get her for something.

I have a simular type of neighbor, all up in everyones bussiness. She used to call the cops on me all the time. spread rumors, emailed my land lord saying I sold drugs and provided alcohol to minors. just tons of bs. once she called the cops and accused me of smooshing a buch of her roses on her front porch. She probably did it. The cops where almost always on her side,

I just stopped reacting to her. she used to **** me off to the point I'd have a screaming match with her, then she'd call the cops. I tryed talking to her, writing to her. ect.. don't drop to her level of petty cop calling, and harrassment. just ignore her and do things that are perfectly legal that will **** her off. soon the cops will see that she's just psycho.

Or you can move. it still sucks living next to her. I still have to deal with having her around. I just don't spend much time at home.

She also called the cops for me having my pit bull off a leash in front of my house, my dog (dogs now) are both super friendly, cops even delt with me while the dog was still loose running around my yard. she always has her doxen(sp) off the leash. and it barks and growls at people, and doesn't listen to her. things my dog doesn't do. and my dogs comes when called.

you might be able to have some fun if u could leave your house and get back without her seeing you come back but do that a few times. so she sees you leave in your car then a few mins later she sees a friend pull up you come out of the house jump in and leave.... and so on and so on. if she is watching you then have some fun. dress up weird or something have a few friends in on stuff just make her go crazy.
