Black Dragon Auto used to sell the tops, however I heard they stoped selling the second generation RX-7 parts.
You might try a local "top shop" or maybe a body repair shop could point you in the right direction.

I've had these on two of my verts they are as good or better then OEM.
I used Jerrys in lynnwood to switch my first one. $1200 though. Im guessing thats average.
Look up Upolsters in the yellow pages.

You can search around, there is a pretty good write up somewhere for the DIY.

You can save some $$ and just get the rear.

yea i installed mine. its not actually that hard to do.
my buddy helped me and it took about 4 hrs if that.
the Factory service manual helps but the Hayes manual has the best explanation on how to do it.
its just a few bolts to be honest.

i've put one on about 2 months ago, bough a robins top for 540, and did it over a weekend, i was terrified of folds and fitment, but it turnd out perfect. and i would do them again anytime without hessitation. i'm an ASE certfied mechanic and build engines regulatly, so a little on the more skilled side.
