JDM...relax, don't worry about it. I know that my car is brown and that is part of the reason I like it. I can't wait to see the look on people's faces when a brown car takes them in a race. They will never expect it. Speaking of which anyone know of any C6 z06's?

Exterior wise it is pretty clean. I just thought that I would offer. I did NOT create this car to be in movies or for anyones elses satisfaction. It was purely for me.

That being said, don't worry...I did not take it personally. However, I still hold true to my original statment, not everyone likes new age tuners. What about the old school ones? I could have easily purchased a FD with the money that I have invested this swap. It all comes down to what you like...

Z,

When I race you, you'll wish you did purchase and put money into an FD.

You're getting pretty cocky and you haven't even gone full boost yet. 5 bucks says you have traction problems through 4th. Fun times though.

I'm just giving you a hard time now. Sweet car, you've done a great job. I like it. I want my FB to have a turbo also. But I would aim for around 350ish HP and hope it's still drivable.

Question: What tranny and rear end will you run? The FD comes alive around 80 plus. You can go from 90-130 almost as fast as you can do 0-60. It just loves the top end. The FB and FD are two totally different cars in my opinion and have different strengths.

Joe

No cockyness here. Not saying that I have the fastest car in the world. I just have no issue with losing. If someone beats me at least I gave them a run, huh? I don't remember your setup Joe...but I would love to give that FD a run.

As far as traction goes...drag radials will do the trick Not to mention there are some pretty serious suspension mods planned in the next year. Can you say 2k on a set or rear tires?

Hey, when you get ready to turbo that FB give me a call, I would be more than happy to see a car as gorgeous as yours get turbo'd.

Rearend will be a ford 8.8" but I am going to keep the stocker in there until after ABF. Then out she comes for the ford unit. At that point Tires, rims and the rest of the suspension will come. Tranny is a stock S5 T2.

So does that mean that I have the best of both worlds or the worst of both.

I'm probablly going to be shooting it on the HD HVR-Z1U, or maybe a DSR-400. I'm thinking of using both, the HVR is smaller and more easy to handhold and use inside cars, the DSR (a heavy bastard) would be used more for set shots. I want to shoot it all in HD, but if I have to I'll use Mini DV or something.

We have some DVC Pro cameras, but they're old as hell and are starting to show. Bu I've heard that the DVC Pro cameras have higher quality than Mini DV, haven't used them though cause the tapes are frickin $30. White R1, I would love for you and your friends to join in on this, I'll be at Evergreen tomorrow. I'll probably be wearing a drift alliance T-Shirt, I'd be wearing my Apex'i shirt, but it got covered in beer when we shot a live show at a Seattle Semi-Pro wrestling event the other night, got a half-empty can to the head. Oh well, see you there. Names Josh by the way (can't remember if I told you all that already)
