Was going to until I found out it will be in Seattle the weekend after. Not bringing down my friend's show car now like we did last year. just gonna wait until they come here.

Keep an ear out for a show at Silverwood in Idaho. Should be around July. Great place to enjoy a show. Register your car for $20 and get two free passes to the theme park (Usually around $40 per adult for admission).

Pay at the door. Just show up early or a couple hours after it starts to avoid the lines outside.

Possible rooftop parking in the Qwest Event Center garage or Safeco Field garage.

I'll be there the entire time. I get in for free with my dudes cuz they show their cars. ExtremEnvy Cavalier and Civic Si hatch.

Yup. That's what I was gonna say. I'll have my phone so just give me a buzz, as long as you still got my number.

I went. It pretty much sucked. Same cars as usual. A couple nice Hummers, Team Menace, Car Nutz, Intec, and a sweet *** Cosmo owned by a forum member.

Well what would you have expected?

You shouldn't say an event sucks because you've seen the cars before. People don't build a new car every season. There's a one soul group of car show guys in the NW that have been around for years.

A JC Cosmo? Brad's car?

Yeah Brad's car.

And I would expect something new as all the other shows. And the REAL show car builders come with their car changed every year. SO I expect to at least see new mods, not identical cars I have seen over the last 5 years. When you hit the scene for 5 years at every show you expect change. I'm not knocking the guys. Just saying the show was lame cuz there was nothing special there I haven't already seen... And that which I have seen has never made me go crazy. IMO the Cosmo was by far the best car there.

And here's the thing. The show is only in it's 2nd year so it was about 1/4th the size of all the other national shows that come thru.

What show is in it's second year? Import Motion? We use to have those often back in the day. Allie use to put on all kinds of shows. I think she just took a break for a season or two.

2nd year here in Seattle. It's been in other cities for years. But in Seattle it's only in it's 2nd year. And it's kinda like the season opener, it's so early no one shows.
