Best thing you could do for that is to build a box to enclose the whole carb. Then run a rising rate regulator with a good fuel pump and bam. Done.

Also examine the floats to see if they can collapse under pressure.

Or you could just go draw through with a rising rate regulator hooked up to the outlet side of the turbo.
