Hooked... yea in america you can sue for anything now a days. For instance the woman who sued mcdonalds cuz she spilt her coffee on her fat *** and burnt herself. So it was obviously mcdonalds fault for not letting her know that it was hot. It is amazing what people can get away with now adays

 

I really don't see how a Judge or Jury could even possibly set someone win in those cases?! You tried taking something that wasn't yours then it is YOUR fault that you got hurt doing it! If I order a cup of coffee it better be hot. If I drop a cup of coffee or any drink for that matter while I am driving my car I am not going to blame anyone but myself! Should we all sue Mazda for the **** we have spilled in our cars because we don't have cup-holders! Class action time! I can't stand this countries screwed up legal system. Some countries actually take the hand off of theives! I can't believe tha **** "I went deaf while I was trying to steal the defendant's stereo equipment because his car alarm wasn't enough to get me to stop... It is the defendant's fault for having a stereo system that tempted me to steal and it is his fault that I am a worthless peice of **** that doesn't feel like I should have a yob and earn my own ****!" Theives deserve to have fingers systematically removed with safety scissors and a kick straight to the junk with steel toed boots!

 

I hear ya man. This country is going to hell in a hand basket. CEO's get paid millions to rip off the little guy (or sell him out), thieves have more rights than honest people, stupid people can file suit because they are stupid and kids can't even say a prayer at school. The sooner this country self destructs the better. In the meantime..I've got a brand new pair of titanium-toed safety shoes (no kidding). What say we try them out.
