more like 5 gallon for these kind of track days....

glad your main issues were just with the trailer.

mine seems to be bad brand new valve seals or they're the wrong valve seals. and pcv. it just doesn't like oil.

Did you have any cooling issues during the PCA event? Any work on a swirl tank? or new fabrication?

Did you do any coolant mods to this motor?

No cooling issues, consistantly run at 195F water and 210-230F Oil. Once I go thought pitlane and park I'm back in the 180+F for water and oil. Once I drop the oil coolers 3 inches and create proper ducting I'll see a big drop in temps. And I have done a lot of cooling mods, porting the coolant passages, rear rotor secondary coolant line to spark plugs, Mazmart water pump, dual pass koyo. I run normal water/coolant mix with water wetter.

I'm still in the design phaze on the surge tank. I'm leaning towards a cover/baffle plate setup based off of the current surge tank cover that's in it. Will also mod the stock plastic catch tank with HPDE trap doors from a BMW E30. The stock plastic tank limits options for an actual surge tank. Don't really want to do a dual pump arrangement. If I do, I will be making an external surged tank, but not located in the cabin, but next the the stock fuel tank under the car.

For those who are wondering Jared Still and myself installed my front splitter and rear wing onto his AutoX spec FD a few weeks back and did a PCA autoX at the South pits of PIR. Very very bumpy course, so bumpy we (I) got airborne a few times. Every run we hit the front splitter onto the ground hard. Hard enough to move it 1/2" up it's adjustment slots. Besides the obvious hardware distruction and scratching on the underside it held up. Good stuff. Will post photos soon.

Also did an Adrenaline Racing trackday this last Thursday with my FD and had a great time. 7 different passangers, a record for me and a lot of track time, 25 gallons of fuel worth. The tires, brakes and some SPA gauge sensors are spent. The car was running great except for an overboost issue (1.3-1.4 bar) in the morning caused by my aggressive settings. Dropped the boost down to 0.96 bar and went conservative on the cycle duty setting to keep it safe for the day. Also made sure I kept the fuel tank topped off before every session.

Splitter looks like it held up well. The novice AutoX school at PIR which was in the parking lot/staging area was super bumpy so I see how that could happen. Passenger was bouncing his helmet off the roof!

What and how much are you planning to spray? Meth or water or both? Is it just for safety or are you looking at gaining hp out of it? Good luck with the AEM EMS!

Looks like a different car w/o vinyl and that sexy spoiler.

Initially I will be injecting just water and then go to 50/50 H20/Meth. As far as CC volume I will be playing with it.

It does.

Somehow it just doesn't look as scary without the stickers. I like it!

Update time.

Working on Chases car, replacing the whole electrical system and starting from there to get his car finally running.

And, did a little machine work at FD3S Engineering. Two throttle bodies were modified, one with 54mm secondaries blades and stock primary. The other one with 54mm secondaries and 50mm primary throttle blades. Need to find out what material the OEMs use to seal the back side of the blades. Once I get around to it I will do a A to B to C comparison to see which provides the best overall performance and retain drive-ability.

Also started on my 95 rear suspension/diff frame conversion.
