3rd Modified Exhast Ticket.
Jordan and his many exhaust tickets to the rescue
First of all, a GReddy TI......you're asking to get pulled over lol
with that said, RCW 46.37.390 (3) look it up
Basically states you cant modify your exhaust if it makes your engine louder. Loopholes, if he didnt actually measure that its over 95db then you can say it was his opinion and not fact therefore no solid evidence against you. This has saved me so much money

Wait so when I see the cherries I don't speed up? No wonder cops keep chasing me.
OP:
If you have a 500R and all of the supporting mods in an FD, I assume you aren't too strapped on cash. Why not shell out a bit extra to get a high-flowing, quiet system? I tooled around on my FC for years trying to find a cost-effective but bearable sound and never got lucky because I wasn't willing to spend another grand or two just to change the car's tone, but many of the muffler/exhaust component manufacturers have (albeit at a price) options that reduce noise quite a bit without comprimising flow too much.
I feel your pain, though. I used to get pulled over basically weekly in Dallas, if not for all of the even-louder Camaro retards with glasspacks rolling around I'm sure I'd have been screwed several times as well.. plus, I have a pretty smile.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.... why was it dismissed? I had a modifided exhaust ticket droppped because a cop didn't do something right. The judge didn't specify, just said it was dropped before I had a chance to speak.
the judge was pretty cool. put my stock on showed him pictures. then i asked why i kept getting pulled over cause i never speed and already paid 2 others. he was like well you drive a red car and was like you already paid 2 of these. i said yes. then he like well im giving you the benefit of doubt since you fixed it and handed me my paper with a fatty dismiss on it. i was pretty happy with the outcome
That's lucky I got pulled over 2 times on the same street 4.5 hours apart from each other and got a ticked for both. I have a racing beat exhaust pretty quiet. I hate the kpd and everything they choose to be. So I moved to Spokane. So when I say fwk the police I really mean fwk the police.
4th modified exhaust ticket. I give up . Stocker and cutout it is. Going out to race wars in royal city. Officer pulled over two other friends of mine for excessive noise. All within the same hour.
I'd be keeping that judge signed paperwork in the glovebox and next time you're pulled over, hand that to the cop and say, 'Don't make me take another day off of work for this ticket. It's a rotary engine.'
