vacuum leak

I notice when warming up my cars idle fluctuates from 1000 to 1300 after its warmed up if I'm sitting and switch guys it does it for maybe a minute and goes away it will do this every time I switch gears. Cars idle sits around 1100

sounds like a TPS (throttle position sensor) issue.

I would check the vacuum lines regardless. I spent countless hours troubleshooting my idle problem, and at the end I just broke down the whole intake and replaced all hoses and gaskets. it never hurts to check your throttle linkage and the gap for the plates.
