trying to figure out my 7
ok so this is my first fc and the previous owner riced out the paint job but its a straight car with good engine. my problem is that its slow, bouncy, and isnt turbod. This winter i'm stripping all the paint off, adding a nice body kit and carbon fiber hood, and giving it a nice paint job. Then ill redo the suspension and add rims. That being said i'm on to planning my engine mods. i plan on doing a full t2 swap but better. i'm good with engine but like my title says i'm still figuring out my 7, but heres what i got so far.
i plan on rebuilding a t2 engine and doing these:
very healthy street port
stud engine
possibly use s5 or fd rotors
header attached to hx50 holset turbo
fmic
3 or 4 inch exhaust single straight to high flow muffler(maybe one resinator)
microtec lt-10 standalone
1000cc/1600cc injectors
emmision delete(still researching)
will probably premix just to simplify things on engine(also still researching)
255 fuel pump and afpr with new lines and highflow fuel fuilter
all apropriate gauges like boost, egt, wideband, fuel pressure, oil pressure, coolent temp
oil cooler
Well i think thats about where i'm at and i plan on running 20 psi with that turbo. but like i said this is me figuring out my 7 and any info or suggestions are welcome. i might go a more mild route when the time actually comes because of cost or maybe i'll decide 300 hp is plenty for me. this is not going to be my dd just a fun weekend car i can show off in lol i do not have a over all power goal at this time but i wanted to build a strong rx7 past 400 hp that i didnt have to worry about anything major going wrong. also i might have somewhere build my engine for me since they have all the right tools but i dont know who does really good work. i was reading on rotory heads website and i like there prices but i dont know anything about them.
thanks for reading this long post lol i just want some more experienced opinions.

mainly I have no idea if that is a complete and good build. And there was a question in there about reliable places to get a engine rebuilt at that dont drain your walet.

I don't know of anyone that does rotarys engine builds for cheap . You will be digging deep for an engine build like you speak of . The best thing you could do here is just read lots of build threads and talk to the people that have done something like you want . Good luck
