Realistically, and in a form that is still drivable for most people on the street, 200HP.

Which is just fine IMO. Making this power will be easier by going to a 4 port setup though, and more power could be attained. From what I understand (so don't quote me on this), you can get away with a half bridge before it starts to become a problem on the street. Which is why I plan to not do anything more than that on my build. Keep an eye on my build thread in the NA performance section to see how I take things and then make your decision from there. I notice a large lack of NA builds on here. A thing that kinda kept me motivated was re amemiyas newest creation, the super NA 7. Only they would make an awesome NA FD haha

I've heard that when done correctly some guys are putting out in the 250 range. IMO n/a is much more enjoyable than turbo, especially for rotary.

Then drive a turbo rotary and compare it to your "streetable" NA 13B making 250-300HP.

If you're referring to my comment, I've owned both. While my streetported 1974 rx4 might not have quite been making 250-300hp, my modified/ tuned 1994 FD had well over 300hp. I still very much prefer n/a.

I love n/a rotarys they have a whole differnt sound then turbo roterys louder and meaner. I am doing a large street port build in the spring with all t2 parts so it will be a 4port. I am aming for 200hp and it will probably be a power band of 4000 to 9000. thats what Im aiming for anyways.

200hp is pretty ideal for having fun in a NA FC. Underpowered cars are good for training the driver, at least I believe so.

Yeah... With quite a bit of knowledge and money, too. Rarely do people put enough time and/or money into their N/A to make even close to 200 HP.

I say build it. We need more higher HP N/A builds around here.

i've got a 13B n/a project i'm about to start. thought stock would be the way to go. got a motor and trans that's gonna go in it, but it's out now. i'm open to suggestions on things i should look for and/or change out. at least what's reasonable...or necessary! can't imagine it needs much. my thread should post soon. my new 2nd gen...or something like that. already posted just waiting. i'll be reading to see how it goes and posting how it goes for me. good luck!

Doing an n/a build well would be really cool to see! Most people want to go straight for the turbo so adding a well done n/a project to the world is a great idea.

I like my 322 RWHP turbo FC... But I wouldn't mind having a 200 RWHP N/A.

not sure what to do to make it 200hp unless that's what stock is. but it'll be kept nice and simple. that's the best way to keep reliability. i'll be real content with just driving it! haha!
