Starting problem!

My 86 n/a was running fine and then i went out to start it the other day and it wouldnt start. i did the usual pulling the top 2 plugs and egi fuses and cranking it and cleaning the plugs and putting all the fuses back and trying it and still nothing. that technique usually works but it didn't this time. also this is about the 5th or 6th i pulled the plugs out when it wouln't start to find gas all over them. does anyone know what it could be? is it just flooded really bad?

It may just be really, really flooded. Don't pull the trailing plugs, pull the leading plugs instead.

Put about an ounce of oil into each chamber. It will absorb the oil and build up compression.

I tried that out today and it didn't work. I only tried cranking it 3 times and didn't repeat the process at all, I just gave up because I get so frustrated with it sometimes. I'm going to try alittle harder tomorrow and see if I can get it to start with the same technique.

Alright so today I went out and tried exactly what I was told to try and I had to repeat it a few times but I got the car to start. I let it run for awhile and then I took it on a ride around town and out on a few back roads and the car is running fine, although I think I need my TPS adjusted.

A heavy flooding condition can contaminate the oil..since oil has access to the interior of the rotor housing directly i believe...

and gas in your oil are not teh good. ^_^

Oil should be fine, the only oil that's being contaminated is the oil that came out of the oil metering pump. In nut shell, it's just the oil in the chamber or rotor housing. Not unless you know that your engine consume a lot of oil due to bad oil seal.

How do you guys go about getting oil/ATF through the spark plug holes..

I tried a meat injector XD stuck the needle down the plug hole..but when I shoot it down the hole it just falls back out of the hole and onto the ground
