Safe power on a t2 big turbo.

I want to build a t2 street port with a big turbo, what is a safe limit power wise, 98 octane, std compression, possibly may do lightened rotors and race clearance.

Also i’m hoping to find an rtek 2.0 for it due to not having standalone money...

If you want "big" turbo and "big" power the RTEK is going to be a limitation...so I would rethink my budget or rethink my goal, but you've got the priority backwards here.

The RTEK excelled back in the day as a stepping stone into a mildly modified car. It was perfect for a hybrid turbo upgrade. It was very limited in its ability and is so cumbersome to use no real tuner is going to touch one. Getting rid of RTEK was one of the best decisions I ever made on my car.

Plus, the cost of a used 15 year old RTEK with the palm and other little stupid things it needs is not far off from a used standalone like an Adaptronic PnP.
