NV s4 pulsation dampener on s5?

I own a 1991 Mazda RX7 convertible. The car is NA-T and my pulsation dampener is leaking. I was wondering if i could throw on a s4 pulsation dampener and just call it a day. This part costs $300+ on atkinsrotary.com. Been looking around online seeing if you can repair an s5 pulsation dampener but no luck. Since its all one piece. I've seen that you can modify the s4 pulsation dampener though. Just wondering if there are any cons if i were to strap on a s4 pulsation dampener.

You need to get the whole rail on an s5 as the PD is built into the rail.
