s4 with flood problems

I have a start up flood problem but when i get the car to run its seems to run stong once the flood clears. i have quiet a few mods but the problem came about when i installed all the smog block offs. I have an aeromotive regulator set at 60 psi set to a 1:1 boost to pressure gain and 550 primary injectors and 720cc secondarys.

what are you using to control the bigger injectors?

If you just cranked up the fuel pressure and the injector capacity but didn't modify or change the ECU, it will run richer than it comes from the factory (which is already big rich) and you will probably loose power.
