rotor bearings/ housings
The pictures don't have enough detail/close enough for me to make a call. Off-hand though...from what I can see that bearing should be replaced. The wear area/copper looks pretty localized and deep.

Look at it, but it's probably fine. Copper is MUCH softer than the surface of that e-shaft. Just check the bearing surfaces and make sure they're smooth. If you have a set of calipers though, I think the FSM gives spec tolerances..which also help you order the right size replacement bearing.
