Rattling/shuffling noise when idle

Rattling/shuffling noise when idle
Hey guys, I have a rattling/shuffling noise with a slight rpm spike when vehicle is in park. Just started out of no where... any idea where I should start? See video.

first, what do you mean by "RPM spike"?
as far as the sound is concerned, try to see if you can get a generalized (or specific) location. could be something as simple as a loose exhaust shield or perhaps something serious.
