NJ random hoses and some other stuff

so to some of you these might seem stupid but I'm new so i figured id ask.. i posted pics with descriptions edited into them to make it simple. check them out and let me know please. Thanks

1) That is the drain line for the charcoal canister. Normal.
2) The blue circle is on what looks like a tee'd vacuum line for the secondary injector bleeds. This is not at all related to the subzero start system, which was recalled on a TSB in the '90s. It should stay disconnected, and it looks like someone stuck a bolt in the end of the hose.
3) Drain line for the A/C system (I think). It's normal.
4/5) That is just part of the casting on the BAC valve. On turbo models, there is an adjustment screw to mess with idle speed. On NAs, it's just sealed off, since the adjustment screw is on the TB.

So the sub zero starter is of no use then? And the disconnected/plugged hose should also stay as is?

It doesn't work and was recalled. If that line you're holding in the picture goes to the reservoir, it can stay that way. You can also just remove the reservoir and the valve on the manifold.
