Radiator Bracket! Help!

When I bought the car it had a Fluidyne Radiator. It recently cried coolant everywhere and I replaced it with a Koyo. I'm missing brackets! =( anyone know what the part number is or where I can get them? Please! thanks!

Ive searched and searched only to find upper and radiator mounts. no brackets. thanks again.

Since you failed to list your CAR and MODs like the Sticky at the top of this section says,..That rad can be used in a Hyundai no problem!..don't need brackets!!!!!!
JUST KIDDING.(Please make it easy and do so in the future!)

I am assuming FD Rad?..since the FC KOYO uses the Stock brackets as a addition to install the new rad.
I am not sure about the FD Install but since you now have sufficient posts you may want to post in the 3rd Gen Specific section.(I'm an FC guy sorry)
SGT BLUE may know the answer if he sees this thread too.

You won't find a part number on the bracket circled. At least I've never seen one. It comes as part of the radiator...as shown in the picture you posted. Duplicating a factory mounting ear on the OEM radiator. If your KOYO didn't come with both of them, then:
1. It's not the correct radiator
2. It's a screw-up by the manufacturer
3. It was broken off or otherwise removed by a previous owner

Looks like it's also missing one of the lower mounting tabs for the OEM fan assembly too.

usually you will find a few rubber mounts that you can borrow from other areas of the car. or you can simply use long 10mm bolts with aluminum spacers.

for reference for others, it is an FD assembly.

That thing will never fit correctly IMO without that ear. Is it practical to have the leaking Fluidyne fixed? If not, can you scavange the ear and missing mounting tab from that and have them welded to your Koyo?

we don't know if it is actually the radiator leaking or something else. if he wants to know for sure he can have the radiator pressure tested and then decide if it's worth welding on a new fan mount.

^Yeah, it could have been a cap or a hose. But at some point you have to assume what's posted is accurate.
Regardless, the Koyo will need more than the fan mount to fit worth a ****.
