radiator...

ok..well my old radiator was leaking. I bought a new one and just put it on..with no fan..I let it run for a little while and it start getting a little. if i rev it up a couple times it will get to hot...is this because i dont have the fan on it or is it something else. also i do have a fan for it. it has to wire comming off it..one is the ground wire at least im pretty sure it is but i dont know where the other wire connects to...any help?

With no air circulating through the radiator, no cooling will take place.

What kind of fan? Aftermarket? More info is needed.

yes there's no air flow thru the rad. and the other wire goes to +12v, but preferably thru a relay.
