You're essentially maxed out by the turbo and the capabilities of the stock fuel system. So unless you plan on upgrading those things, then it would be best to just leave the engine as is.

Now if you are going to tear it down and port it regardless, maybe because you plan on upgrading the turbo later, then in general a street port is the way to go.

Unless you're trying to make 400+ whp you really don't need to port the engine.

I'm hoping to eventually make 220-240 whp on the stock s4 turbo, what are your mods?

well minre a bit different, as it is a series 5 engine, turbo and running gear, but as it stands
microtech lt10 ecu
frontmount intercooler
3" exhaust turbo back
removed the aircon condenser and compressor
changed the clutch fan out for a battery fan
braided break lines
slotted and vented front breakes
coilovers all round
strut braces and tower braces
plust a dyno tune

also i am looking for those 350 to 400 whp as this car is essentially a track/drag car
i am looking at putting a t04z in once the port is done with 800cc injectors

Go for a streetport then definitely, but from what I read once you reach the 400whp mark the s4 rear plate/iron can crack and break.

The upgrade would be a late s5 with thick casting, you could also look into dowel pinning the motor to make it stronger.

If you're looking to have a 450-500 whp goal it wouldn't be a bad idea, but I'm not sure how much power your Turbo is capable of.

You'll need more fuel.

I'd suggest 1600CC secondaries.

That turbo is a bit big for 350HP, but nice for 400HP.

Street port is the way to go. If the car is pure track/drag, and will spend all it's time in upper RPM range, a half bridge will really wake up the upper RPM range and radically decrease turbo spool time.

bigger/BB turbo is cheaper and less headache than ripping the engine apart to port it for marginal gains.

How much power can a stock port s4 engine make with a big/bb turbo?

thanks man. like I said the car already has a s5 engine in it. basically the only thing s4 about the car is the shell.
