oil/boost pressure issue

My car has now been immobilized for 6 weeks...
I left it for the mechanic to check it but nothing comes so far.

basically, at idle my oil pressure fall at 1bar (instead of 2 bar).
Second point is my boost pressure that has been modified. Before it was going from -0.4bar to 0.7 bar. Now it's more -0.8 to 0.5 bar. I know that's still good but i don't like having something not working correctly.

For the oil the mechanic will check the oil pressure regulator, maybe one is dirty or broken... i've had my oil changed just before it went wrong, so maybe something happened at this time. If no solution is found, i'll block the one at the end of the main shaft to keep a high pressure at all time at least.

For the turbo pressure, I have absolutely no idea... i could understand a pressure loss but how the negative pressure can be raised ? can it be linked to the bad oil pressure at idle ?

What oil do you use ? i use the 5w30 semi synthetic oil as i was recommanded, but apparently i should use 10w30 (temperature here goes from -15 to 40°C roughly).

So, do you have any piece of advice ? My mechanic was struggling as he doesn't have lots of information available but i found the service manual on internet so it should help him...

You could make sure that the sensor is tight and not leaking and then clean the plug.. that might help. Sometimes they leak ..

take ur question to the gen specific section. not many of the regulars/more experienced visit this section. since u didn't say i'm assuming ur 7 is either fc or fd being as ur talking boost.

yes sorry, i used to ask in the 2nd gen specific section, don't know why I put it in this section this time...

So yes my car is a fc3s turbo 2.

I don't really understand what you mean zenbeast, 35 and 50 ? are you talking in psi ?

concerning the spark plugs, i've had a look and it was correct.

i don't think their is a problem with the sensor as i left it at the mechanic and he also noticed a pressure loss while mesuring with another sensor.
