Noob! Looking for replacement hoses

Hey all,

I finally picked up an RX-7 this past weekend and I remember hearing that I should replace the vaccum hoses to avoid any cracking or leaks. There's already 88,000km on the car so I figure I should try to do this pretty soon.

Where is the best place to buy these from?

Thanks in advance!

The easiest would be the local Mazda dealer. However getting all those hoses would be a major pain. Instead, pick up an assortment of silicon vacuum hose at the local auto parts store and just replace one piece at a time, cutting the silicon to fit as you go.

As a side note to add to Aaron's reply, be very careful when removing the old hoses from the plastic barbs. They tend to snap off. Use a utility or Xacto knife to split the hose, then spread the cut and carefully twist and pull the hose.

Thanks guys, I'll look into that this weekend.

Are all of the hoses the same diameter and would regular hose clamps be sufficient to hold them in place?
