no spark

whats up i got a 86 rx7, just swapped motor cause previous guy let it sit and seize up. i am not getting spark, the leading coil has 12 volts at the connector and the trailing has 0..... all data and mitchell say it should have 12v; however if you follow wiring diagram it looks like they want u to check for voltage at two ground wires. The b/y wire on the trailing is where i am checking now. all the fuses are good and i get above 68psi cranking fuel. I ohm the cas already too and it is good and i have manually got leading and trailing coils to fire but on the car they don't fire. lease help.....

i figuerd out voltage on coils both have 12v but the leading g/y doesn't have anything.... no ground or ref voltage i think it should be 0-.5 or something like that but i dont have any and i believe i used to
