Nikki carb

Any RX7 owner aware of any shop in Northern Michigan that can work on a Nikki carb ? Had my 1983 rebuilt by a local mechanic and not right. He can not adjust the motor below an idle at 2000 rpm

Sounds like a vacuum leak if you can't drop the idle any

Have you checked compression and ensured both leading plugs are firing?
