welcome to the board, Dylan.

this section should not be used for looking for parts. if you have a problem with the car or some other technical matter, then post it here. this is not me scolding you, just trying to reirect, i promise.

for parts, you will need to look through the Classified forum. additionally, you will need to try to get plugged into your local rotary scene. i don't know what part of Georgia you're in, but i do know there's a decent community in at least one part of your state (i think it's the Atlanta area). for parts like the steering wheel you're looking for, that will be the likely avenue to getting it.

that said, for the rest of the things you mentioned, the brake parts and badge, you can check Mazdatrix, Atkins, Mazda or RockAuto.

if you get a chance, post up some photos of your car. also, check out the Gen 1 forum, they are some of the best guys n this board.

welcome dylan. i would suggest posting a want to buy ad here: https://www.rx7club.com/market/. there's several part outs there.

very little is still available new. if u can get the part number is a big help. search the part number. if there's one out there, someone has it. that's how i found a shifter drum for my 92 nighthawk that was always coming up NLA. it ended up being listed under an old number before whatever change was made.

Welcome to the club. First gens (1979-1985 AKA SA22 or FB) are a bit out of my expertise, but all of the "logic" used on the FC (86-91) and FD (92-02) was built on the SA22/FB so it's not too difficult to adapt. I know it can be rather confusing at first, but an important thing to keep in mind is "there's only so many ways to skin a cat".

A good place to start when looking for parts is the original Parts Catalogs. They're fairly straightforward and easy to read. Drum brakes are in Section 2610A. All of the Parking Brake parts are in Section 4400A.
Foxed.ca - Mazda RX-7 Manuals

Generally speaking, First Gens can be separated into 79-80, 81-83 and 84-85, known as Series 1, 2 and 3 respectively. This and the Parts Catalogs will make it far easier to source the correct parts you're looking for. Since you mentioned Drum brakes, I'm going to assume that your car has a 12A with a carburetor under the hood, either an S or GS model. I'm not really sure what you need in terms of drum parts, but here are the cables:
Parking Brake Cables:
Front, attaches to Handle: 1480-44-150A
Rear, connects to Drum: FA54-44-410A (Right side) and FA54-44-420A (Left side)

Depending on what you're needing, a good place to get "nuts and bolts" things like this is Rock Auto.
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/....1l+r2,1192272

I just checked and they have the Front parking brake cable in stock for $17. The rear ones seem to be NLA (No Longer Available) or rather expensive ($80+ for the right side), but remember what I said about "only so many ways to skin a cat"? I'm a big believer in that every problem has a solution is you look at it correctly. Since the Front cable looks almost identical to the FC's front parking brake cable, maybe the solution might be to look at similar vehicles produced in that timeframe? The FC's rear cables are probably a revised version of the GSL-SE ones (disc brakes on both), but there are a few cars from that time period that still had drums and were RWD too. HB Cosmo and 929 (AKA Luce) and HC Luce (929) came to mind.

Also, the Front cable's part number (1480-44-150A) was introduced in 1981, hinting that the 81-83 cables might work too. I looked there and found they use the exact same FA54 rear cables too. So I dug further back into the 79-80 catalogs and think I might have a solution. The Rear cables for 79-80 are a 2-piece setup.

Front Cable: 8871-44-150
Rear Cables: 8871-44-160 and 8871-44-410 (Right side), 8871-44-170 and 8871-44-420 (Left side)
I found the 44-160 and 44-170 ones through Walmart and Amazon Japan for around $30 each, but the last two, 44-410 and 44-420, seem to be only available through Japanese sources like Monotaro

A steering wheel and the front badge are probably best found in our Marketplace. If you get stuck when trying to find something, let me know and I'll take a look. My apologies if this got a tad confusing, I was writing this while digging in catalogs and through some of my sources trying to find suitable rear brake cables for you. So on a whim, I checked again on the FA54 Left rear cable (NLA from Mazda) and today was your lucky day. Monotaro has it:
