PA new with an 83 gls

Hello all. I purchased an 83 gls earlier this year when my other car died. The guy said all it needed was a starter. I replaced the starter and put 4 new tires on it after I realized they were all dry rot and found out that the uni-body is bad. So it is sitting at a relatives now waiting on a donor body. I just actually found one that is in good shape. How much should I offer they guy for the body (if anyone can advise me)? And will an engine swap be difficult in this particular car? Here are some pics of the one that I have now. Thank you.

Regarding the donor body shell, there are three things to consider once you know there is no rust problem.
Is the paint good?
Is the body perfectly straight?
Is the interior in great shape, not good shape?
If the answer is yes to all of the above, prepare to drop $800 to $1200 depending on the paint.

If the paint is dead or there are problems to the above, offer $500.
