Arrow URGENT '86 complete into a '85 gls URGENT

I got a '85 gls and am going to buy a 86. I got the car for a good deal, i think. Its going to cost 350. Well the car is automatic and has been sitting for a while, so long in fact that the battery went dead. The engine fired up witha booster, quickly too. What surprized me most was no color in the exhaust. This car has everything intach all I need to do is switch everything out and into my gls, I think.

I have a '85 -se engine in the garage. I was going to toss that in, I was prept to spend over $1000 buks. I still haven't bought the car. I need some info from people who that know and have done conversions like this. I did several differnt searches. I didn't come up with anything that comes close to my current situation.

I just need answers to these few questions :

1. Wireing harness for '86 straight swap into a '85 gls?
2. Do I have to remove and replace the fly wheel from the '86(autotranny) with a -se flywheel?
3. Its a stright bolt up(?) the 12A manual from '85 to the 13B from '86.
4. Swap parts : gas tank, fuel system, igniton system, engine, harness(complete) Am I missing anything?
5. I went to midas and had my toyota fuel system cleaned with sea foam. they added the cleaner through a vacume line. Is it the same for this engine?

6. What would be the most difficult task I am faceing?(other than broken bolts)
