I want to change my intercooler to front mount but don't want to relocate the battery ? Budget 400-550$

also I want to keep the duel exhaust on my rx7 but the one I have has leaks and the muffler has a whole not big but enough to notice and it still has the stock downpipe should I change it ? Any suggestions and what type of budget am I looking at

beside that the car starts and runs I premix also
