Exclamation need a quick answer really confused.

ok so i tried to search and couldnt find my answer. im in the begging of installing my rb header and presilencer on my 87 n/a and it says in the rb directions to remove the air pump and the ac&cv but nowhere does it say to put them back on. do i not need them after the header and presilencer or am i looking way to far in. and while im at it. im going to delete the omp as well so are the pineapple racing block offs a good one to get or is there another place to go that is better. i know its a piece of metal but thought id ask. so let me have it, flame me for search or what have you but all of yall are the best so i thought id ask.

They are removed because the cat is replaced by the presilencer. Not to be reinstalled. The ACV just gets blocked off with a blockoff plate.

Note that you'll want to go to a dual belt alternator pulley after removing the air pump. This assures adequate belt grip on the water pump pulley.

Don't remove your metering oil pump. There is no point.

Any blockoff plate will do the job.
